CryptoAus is operated by AZXC Exchange Pty Ltd (ACN 695 905 269), registered office 309 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean AZXC Exchange Pty Ltd.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts where we suspect misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.
Deposits are credited after confirmation by our team. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and verification before release, and may be delayed or declined where required for security or compliance reasons.
Orders execute at the live market price at the time of execution. Displayed prices are indicative and may move between the time an order is submitted and the time it is filled. Fees are shown before you confirm an order.
Your account manager may place orders and make adjustments to your account in line with your instructions. All activity is recorded in your account history.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
